The Text and Date fields can be edited by right-clicking on them > Edit. Each tab will allow for various types of changes to be made. To edit the text in the Text field, click outside of the stamp and click on the text. A cursor will appear to allow the text to be edited.
When we go to the page that contains our copy of the Received stamp, we can modify it. Let's start this by adding the new text just above the current stamp. To do that, we need to use the Tools>Content Editing>Add Text function. Now we can click on the blank space above the stamp and start to type “Prepared”.
Select your stamp of interest with the stamp tool so it will be at the top of the list. Bring up the Properties Bar (right-click in an empty area of the toolbar and select Properties Bar). Select the Stamp Tool. You will see that there is now a check box in the Properties Toolbar for "Keep Tool Selected." Check it.
Using the Edit PDF tool panel, select the Edit tool. Use it to select the graphic. Drag any of the resizing handles and resize the graphic, and move/position it on the page.
To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
