Steps Locate where you saved your signature backup files. Open Outlook. Click File in the top right corner. Click Options near the bottom left of the menu. Click Mail on the bar on the side. Hold Ctrl and click Signatures. Copy or drag your backed-up files into this location. Restart Outlook.
See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. At the bottom, click Save Changes.
Change email signature in Outlook for Windows Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK. Your changes will be saved automatically.
