use a reputable e-signing and sending platform, where you have 1 copy of your contract that both parties e-sign. That way, you have 1 master copy of a fully signed contract for both of you to access, print and save.
Basic sending steps Start an envelope. You can start with a new envelope, use a template stored in eSignature, or finish a previously saved draft. Add your documents. eSignature supports a broad variety of file formats. Add recipients. Add messages. Advanced Options. Add fields. Preview and send.
Send documents for signature Select a message with one or more documents you want to send for signature. Follow the steps in Open eSignature. In the window, select Request signatures. Add a Recipient name and email in the Add Recipients pane. Select Add Recipient. Add more recipients as needed.
In the case of written contracts, handshakes are not enough. Parties need a written signal acceptance for written agreements. For millennia, the signature has fulfilled this role for written contracts.
How to send an online contract for signing Register or download a contract program. Create a contract in a writing or word processor program. Upload the contract file to the program. Add the names and email addresses of the contract signers to the program. Select the locations where you want eSignatures, initials and dates.

In fact, a contract can be presented in almost any form, providing that the terms and conditions are clearly stated, and there is clear agreement by all parties to agree to the terms of the contract.
