Customizing shapes in Lucidchart can take your diagram from functional to fantastic. Stylize or edit a shape by first clicking inside the shape. Once you see blue squares around the perimeter of your shape, you can customize its appearance or position. Like most standard editors, dragging the corners of a shape will resize it while maintaining its aspect ratio. You can set a specific width/height for a shape using the shape formatting button in the properties bar. This button has other cool functions that are pretty self explanatory. Rotate shapes, flip them, round your shapes corners, change the opacity of entire shape, or click on the more button add a shadow.
