Recruiters and other members of the talent acquisition team can make changes to job requisitions after theyve been submitted. Go to the requisition in the Recruiting Dashboard. Click Actions Job Change Edit Job Requisition.
Job Requisitions in Workday have three possible statuses: Open, Filled, or Closed. Open job requisitions are active and can be either Posted or Unposted to the job posting websites.
Move candidates to another stage (check the box next to the candidate name(s), then click Move Forward.) To manage candidates for a particular requisition, click the requisition in the Manage Job Requisitions section of the Recruiting Dashboard. The requisition page shows an overview of candidates by stage and source.
A manager identifies a hiring need and submits a job requisition approval form. The request is routed to the department VP for approval. After VP approval, the request may land on the C-level desk for approval. Often, finance will give a final thumbs up before the job requisition is sent to HR.
Go to the Related Actions off of the Job Requisition, Select Related Actions, Scroll to Roles and Select Assign Roles. 3. Go to the respective roles, Recruiting Screener or Primary Recruiter Assigned To field and type in Primary Recruiters name, Select and Enter to populate.
