to set up your quotes first go to set up to the bottom right and select on configuration here you can see quote terms just make sure that is ticked on and if you would like to add in in the terms and conditions or expiry dates for the quotes just enter it into this field here and press done to save your changes you may also need to restart shortcuts to see that change to print a quote first go to point of sale up the top left click on new sale and you can search for the client if theyre existing or you can add them in if theyre new select on the client and press next and then add in the items they would like a quote for so click on the sale line select an employees name and select service and then go through and select on the services press done and down the bottom you can see the estimate total and if youd like to print this simply press quote and then that will print through on your receipt printer it would then look something like this so it will have the clients name the date
