Customize invoices and estimates with the new layout Go to Sales, then Invoices (Take me there) or Estimates. Select Create invoice or Create estimate to create a new form. To update your company info, select Edit company on the form. To edit your company logo, select the logo on the form.
The process begins by logging into your QuickBooks Online account and navigating to the Expenses tab. From there, locate the specific expense that needs to be converted to a bill, and click on it to access the details. Next, select the More option, followed by Add to Bill.
Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing. Select the Billing details tab. Select Edit billing information and update your payment info.
To edit a bill, you must have Manage bill/document permissions. Add or edit details about a bill, a description of the bill, payment terms, and approvers any time before the bill being paid. Once the bill is paid in full, the vendor name and bill amount will no longer be available to edit.
How to edit an invoice Go to Sales and select Invoices (Take me there). Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
From the Customers menu, select Receive Payments. In the Receive Payments window, select the Previous button until you find the original payment. Select the Edit menu and select Delete Payment. Select OK to the warning: Are you sure you want to delete this transaction?, then Save Close.
Edit a transaction Find and select the transaction in the account register to expand the view. Make changes to the available fields. If you want to change something in the greyed-out sections, select Edit. When youre ready, select Save or Save and close.
