Contact us
Edit Recipients dialog box. Use this dialog to select which recipients you want to send your mailing to. The list of recipients Shows all the records that will be used in your mail merge. Each line is selected by default. Clear any names that you dont want to send to.
Go to My Preferences Contacts. To add a contact, click ADD CONTACT, and enter the contacts name, email, and company name. To edit a contact, locate the contact by searching or scanning the list. Click in the contact row, edit the contact details, and click SAVE.
Note: Your access to templates is controlled by your user permissions, as defined by your administrator. If you cannot create or edit, or even use templates, check with your administrator.
In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Email Address section, select UPDATE.
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
How to Edit Recipient List in Mail Merge in Excel; Click on the Edit Recipient List. In the Data Source, click on your list. Click on Edit. Click on your desired cell. Click Ok. Here you can delete the data in that cell or insert your desired data in it.
To later modify the list, follow these steps: Go to Mailings Select Recipients. Select Use an existing list, choose the list you previously created and select Open. Add or edit records in the Edit List Entries dialog box.
