Select Edit Lines on a quote record to open the quote line editor. The quote line editor lets you view all your quote lines and apply changes across the entire quote or to individual lines.
Enable quote creation To enable creation of orders from quotes, set Enable automatic quote to order generation to Enabled. Select Save. Open a quote, activate it, and verify if the Create Order option is available on the command bar. You can now select Create Order to create an order based on the quote.
How to Create a Quote in Salesforce Open the Opportunity you want to quote. Click New Quote in the Quotes list. Enter a name for the quote. Enter an expiration date for how long the quote will be valid. Select a status for the quote. Select the contact you want to send the quote to. Click Save.
To modify a quote template in salesforce go to Set up. Now Go to Customize=Quotes=Settings. When Settings in Quotes are selected a new window will be opened where we have to select the check box to enable quotes in salesforce. Select Save Button.

Steps to edit the Quote Line Object for Fields: Log in to Salesforce CPQ SetUp In the quick find search for Objects Find the Quote Line Object Click on the Field Sets Click on Line Editor edit Make the required changes Save.
In the template editor, drag the text or image fields from the page layout palette and set it on the template where you want to display them. Type the text into the field and format the text as per your requirements, and click on Ok. Go back to Quote Templates and activate your current template.
Create 1 Order Per Quote Make sure that Allow Multiple Orders is not selected. Click Create Order on your opportunity or quote. You can also select Ordered on your opportunity or quote and then click Save. Complete the detail fields, and then save your changes.
