Manage customized quote templates In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects Quotes. Click the Customized quote templates tab. To edit, clone, or delete the customized quote template, hover over the template and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit, Clone, or Delete.
Open a quote that you want to revise and click Revise. New Quote is created with a revision number. The Quote ID of the new quote remains the same as the old quote. Then you can make changes and click Activate Quote to finalize and send it to the customer.
Single quotation marks may be changed to double quotation marks and vice versa. Footnote or endnote number callouts can be omitted. Any other changes (e.g., italicizing words for emphasis or omitting words) must be explicitly indicated.
