hello everyone in this video we will guide you how you can edit a drafted quotation and can send it as a final so let us go to first of all quotation module on your left hand side you will see quotation module option please click on this now once I will come in quotation module I have already created a quotation and while creating I clicked on Save draft and it is saved in draft so how I can edit it and make changes so please check this is your quotation dashboard here the document selected is sales quotation and creation is sent but I have saved it in drop so you need to make the changes and you need to go and draft for this now please check here is the quotation which I created which is saved in wrapped I will open this here you will find the draft logo now I want to make changes in this quotation how I can do it on your right hand side very bottom you will see option of edit and save click on this now this will be the quotation format which will get open in order to edit it so here

To accept a quote: In the Business menu, select Quotes. Select the Draft, Issued or Expired tab. Click the quote you want to accept. Click Accepted, or for a draft quote, click Issue then select Issue Accept. (Optional) Select options the client has approved, then click Save.
Create an invoice from a quote In the Business menu, select Quotes. Select the Accepted tab. Select the checkbox next to the quote you want to invoice, then click Create invoice. Select Mark as invoiced, then click Create. Review the pre-populated fields and make any other changes as needed.
