were in Microsoft Windows 10 and Im going to show you how to fix if your printer is printing either in color or black and white and you want to do the opposite so lets right-click on our start button in the lower left hand corner and lets go ahead and choose control panel from here at the top right where it says view by make sure you choose the large or small icon option and click on devices in printers locate your default printing device right click on that and choose printing preferences from here well go ahead and click on the paper quality and you can choose either color or black-and-white and this will change your default 4 to color or black and white so the next time you go to print whatever it is that you set if we click on preferences you can see that its going to be stuck with whichever one you want if you want to temporarily change it just go ahead and click the black and white next time you go in and will default back to color again unless you go back into our origina
