okay so new quizzes and classic quizzes are a little bit different and you can tell that you have a new quiz and a canvas course if its rocket ship is solid colored if the rocket ship is just an outline of a rocket ship its a classic quiz and back in january canvas started changing their quiz platform but i dont think they completely got finished with all of the development whenever covet happened in march i think it interrupted their development teams progress on switching over the quiz platforms and things kind of get kind of got hung up with the quizzes so when you go to create a quiz it usually asks you what engine you want to choose and new quizzes is what a lot of people have chose chosen but there are still some weird things with new quizzes that i feel like are wrinkles that just havent gotten ironed out yet and one of those is the point values can be off a little bit youll notice that this teacher has a vocabulary quiz sitting here kind of ready to go but they havent g
