You cannot copy and paste from a . zip file directly into the same, or another . zip file. You have to extact the file, then add it to the new .
You can open and edit files in an archive just as you do files that are not in an archive. You do not need to manually extract the files first. You work on them using the same applications that you usually use.
Open the zip file with winrar, double click an embedded text file, it should open in an external editor. Change and close the text file. Winrar then asks if it should updated the archive with the changed file. Save this answer.
