hey my names Zack and Im going to show you how to work with Microsoft picture viewer to edit pictures so in order to access that Im in Windows 8 here as you can see I have no Start menu what I would do is actually right-click go to open with picture viewer once picture viewer opens to make this full screen if we want but you can see that it distorts it so well just keep it down the size it was well go up to image we can make it half size normal size double size or full screen or we can rotate left rotate right flip horizontal and flip vertical so well hit rotate right and it rotates it right go back in the image and hit rotate left itll recorrect it though they are limited features there are features there my names Zack and I just showed you how to work with Microsoft picture editor and what its features were thanks for watching
