hey guys I just wanted to do a quick video on how I track my inventory using pictures I of course use QuickBooks to track my inventory for bookkeeping purposes but that isnt really a good way to keep track of how many unique prints of each size that I have so when I initially get inventory I will sell it on periscope first and when I saw in periscope everything gets a coat-check tag with a with a number on it so when I go to photograph my inventory for facebook purposes I always take the pictures with the coat-check tag in the picture and I keep that coat-check tag on a hanger so that makes it much easier when Im going to pull an order if somebody comments old on something I can see the number and Im not wondering if its this blue or that blue or this gray or that gray so its easier to tell and easier to pull so after I take my pictures and I trans I edit them and transfer them from my SD card on my camera I put them in the Dropbox I use Dropbox because I have access to it on my
