okay so I am going to walk you through the steps on how to edit an employes time off request in time and labor so if the manager has already approved this request I did a separate video on the steps of how to edit that and in this video I will be talking about how to edit it if the manager has not yet approved that time off request so you can start off on your prism manager dashboard and go over to the left and click on time and labor and then from there over on the left hand side again you can click on tools and go down to requests and click on request manager from there youll see this one was already approved by a manager and these ones are still pending so go ahead and click on the pending one and go down and click on detail and youll see that pulls up the employee request detail and over here you can click on edit and right here is where you can edit any of the details you need and once youre done with that go ahead and click on okay and once youre done with that that will upda

ADJUSTING or CANCELING TIME OFF REQUESTS Go to: MYSELF TIME OFF List of Requests. It will pull up the last month to current date as the default. If you need to edit a request that is in the future, just change your dates. You can choose between Pending, Approved, Denied or Canceled Requests.
