What is the Unfair Advantage? One of the key components of the Lean Canvas is the unfair advantage. This refers to a unique and hard-to-replicate advantage that sets a business apart from its competitors. To prioritize product features using the lean canvas, you can assign a score to each feature based on its impact on your lean canvas blocks and your level of confidence in its validity. A simple scale from 1 to 5 can be used, where 1 means low impact or low confidence and 5 means high impact or high confidence.
