hi everyone this is Muskaan fixed mobile product manager Im here today to give you a demo of our mobile app and walk you through some of the new features we have released over the past year in this demo Ill talk about creating new work orders and viewing work requests as a technician so lets start with our new work order functionality lets click on the plus icon after clicking on this plus icon I will be navigated to my new work order form where I will see three different tabs details tasks and files so lets start entering odd information on the assets lets select an asset so we can either select an asset manually or we can scan an asset lets enter the description lets set the priority as high maintenance type as damaged and I will assign it to myself lets keep the work order status as open and lets add a due date on my tasks tab I can add a new task so from mobile we can add three different types of tasks general text and meter reading let me select meter reading description
