hello friends today I have a small issue here I try to like work do some changes on on the this MacBook Air account and for some reason I spark right here so when I press here to login actually I already know what is the password but when I travel the password it shows this screen its loading we take some time okay its bringing me here to the guest user and actually for the guest user I have the same password and when I type the same password it tells me that its some for something for some reason is incorrect okay so before I was able to connect to this computer but now Im not able to connect anymore so to solve this issue there are like many options so the first option is received password and the other option is hard reset the computer and I think there are other options so what Im going to show you in this video is how to reset the password so to receive password we need to completely shut off or turn of this computer and once its off make sure make sure the cable is connect
