edit paragraphs allows you to modify the description you typed in the invoice add or remove descriptions and it allows you to change the template youre using so if you wanted to change the wording on an invoice youve already created without changing all the other information on the invoice and if you didnt want to unbill it and end up losing the invoice number and if you didnt want to rebuild it and change anything else with the bill but you just wanted to change the paragraphs on the bill or the wording on it or change the template you used you just click on the invoice that you want to modify and then come to actions and go ahead and choose the edit paragraph action and that brings you to your billing paragraph screen for that invoice you created and here youd make your changes as you normally would when going through the billing process you can scroll down change the information here in your descriptions you can remove them add new ones click the plus sign to add one completely
