First Ill click the Editors icon in the toolbar at the top of the window then select the Word Lists option. Ill open an existing list for this example. Notice the icons in the tool bar at the top of the window are now active. Lets look at the Cut, Copy, and Paste icons first. Ill select the word hockey at the top of my list. If I click the Cut icon, the word is removed from the field. However the Cut feature assumes youll be pasting that word elsewhere. Ill click in the row below snowboarding then click the Paste icon in the tool bar. Ill select the word hockey again, then click the Copy icon. Ill click in the field where it was originally located then click the Paste icon again.
