QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to create personalized and professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
Heres how: Click on the Gear in the top right of your QuickBooks Online account. Select Custom Form Styles. In the top right, click on the drop-down arrow on New Style and select Sales Receipt. Choose your Design.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online. Go to Bookkeeping then Transactions then select Receipts (Take me there), or go to Banking (Take me there) then select Receipts (Take me there). Select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive. Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt.
Past transactions are still not updated Go to Settings ⚙ and select Products and services. Under the Action column of the appropriate item, select Edit. From the Income account ▼ dropdown, choose a different account. Select Save and close. Under the Action column of the same item, select Edit.
Heres how. From the Home screen, select Sales History. Select the Sales Receipt you want to edit. Select I Want to, then select Change/Edit Customer. Select the Enter customer name or phone dropdown, then select the customer to apply the receipt to. Select OK.
