Okay, so now weve got our new Board in Freeform its time to start adding some content - and what better place to start with than text? So at the bottom of my screen Im going to tap onto here, which is the Text Box icon. frustratingly its put my text box right on top of my picture in the middle! But not to worry - I can simply drag it off and then double tap to start typing. For my trip to Cologne I want to have a nice selection of things I can look at for sightseeing and also some things to buy as well. So lets label this text box Things to See and then Ill make another one with that same button and this one will be called Things to Buy. If I go back and tap on my first text box I get this floating oval shaped toolbar at the bottom. This is a really key part of Freeform and it lets you adjust any item that youve selected. For example from here I can change my Font Size, I can make it Bold or Italic, I can change the Font itself and start customising h

To edit a question, header or description, click the text that you want to change. If you have more than one section, you can change the order. At the top right of any section, click More . Click Move section. To move a section, click Up or Down .
Edit a note On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Keep app . Tap the note you want to edit. Make changes to a note. To undo an action, tap Undo . To redo an action, tap Redo . When youre done, tap Back .

To make edits, open your form in Google Forms and select an existing question or answer choice to edit or add a new question, section, image, video more. Whenever you make the edits, the changes will be saved instantly and it will reflected in the form whenever the user opens the form.
If you cant edit a file, a few things could be wrong: The file owner didnt give you permission to view the file. Youre signed in to a different Google Account. Someone else with edit access removed your permission to edit.
Change Submitted forms Open the Google Form you need. Click on the Settings in the upper portion of the document. When the new window pops up, select Responses and toggle Allow response editing to on. Click on the little eye icon to enter the information you want and click Submit.
Form owners or collaborators can enable the edit after submit option in Google Forms to allow form respondents to edit the response they have submitted. When this option is enabled, an edit link will be included in the confirmation message shown after submit and the response receipt sent to their email.
