Track Changes and Comments in Word allow you to electronically mark errors and make suggestions on a document. Turn on Track Changes on the Review tab to show changes as markup. Deleted text appears crossed out and added text is underlined. Comments can be added by selecting text and clicking New Comment. This makes it easier to review and edit documents before finalizing them.
