Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well lets jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Im going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Its a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Im just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Id probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but heres the certificate and unfortunately, its a PDF and I cant edit the name of the recipient. I cant type anything down here. I cant type in a date. Its kind of annoying how its hard to edit PDFs,

Editing a Microsoft Excel Report In any Workspace, from the GoTo menu, select Analytics. The Analytics Workspace is displayed. Select the report in the My Reports pane. From the Reports menu, select Edit Report. Modify the required details. Click OK. From the File menu, select Save to save the report. Click Run Now.
Select File Print Print Preview. To page through the report, select the Page arrows. To change the margins, select Margins and select a margin size. When youre satisfied with the look of the report, select Print and then specify printing options. To print the report, select OK.
Editing can be as simple as changing a single setting in the report definition. However, editing becomes more complex if the settings you are changing have dependencies elsewhere in the report definition.
Add or edit a report title On the Design tab, in the Header/Footer group, click Title. When the label is created, the text in the label is selected for you so that if you want to change the text, you can just begin typing the title you want. Press ENTER when you have finished.
Title page the title of your report, your name, the date, academic information (your course and tutors name). Acknowledgements if youve received help (ie from experts, academics, libraries). This gives the scope and limitations of your report your objective in writing and who its for.
Modify your report in Design view On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Text Box. Click in an open area of the section where you want the line numbers to appear. Click the label (just to the left of the new text box), and press DELETE.
How to edit PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the Save button.
While writing a report, you must write the name of the reporter (the person who has written the report) immediately below the title.
