a common question i see is how to uh rename tabs and labels for standard salesforce objects uh standard salesforce object is you know what comes out of the box with salesforce and we when um you know a lot of times companies will start using salesforce they might not want to say leads uh they might not want to say contact they might want to name that tab people they might want to name an opportunity a deal different things like that that you know small nomenclature things where maybe you just want to change it in order to do that you just come to setup once youre in setup type in rename tabs and labels you can click this and then you can see you have your list of your standard objects here so lets say i want to go to opportunities and i want to name opportunities deals now if i go to opportunities i can say its changed to deal if i come in here ill say next and then you can see these are the actual fields within that opportunity within the opportunity object and everything here is
