1. Time off requests will be emailed to you as soon as they are made. The email will have a link to Kronos iSeries Central. Click on that link to navigate to the Kronos sign-on screen.
There is nothing wrong with canceling your approved leave if you really don't need it. But it is always recommended to intimate your employer to cancel your leave so that you will continue your work without absence.
The “Cancel Time-Off Request” pop up box will display with the time off request details. Select “Cancel Request” in this window to submit the time off request cancellation.
From any page: Click on the Employee name from the Employee List page or most pages to open the Employee Details window. Click the TIME OFF tab. Click the “ADD/Delete Time Off” link.
Click Change Requests on the blue action item bar at the top of the screen. If Cancel Time Off is selected, any approved time off on the timesheet will be displayed. Click the white box to insert a check mark next to the applicable date(s) to cancel. Click Submit Changes.
