hi this is the navigating to a patient's medical record uh module for advanced md and medical management services um what we're going to talk about here is uh viewing patients medical records finding items that already exist in those records at this point you should already have your preferences set um so when you log in your screen should pretty much look like this screen does with the review bin at the schedule at the top the review bin in the middle and your messaging window at the bottom okay so let's get started um there's a few ways to find a patient's chart if they happen to be a patient from today that you're looking for you can easily get to the chart right at the top on the schedule if you just double click on one of these patients names or or anywhere on this line it'll bring you to that patient's record if it's a patient from say a day prior or somebody you're searching for that's a different issue now we have to find that person so we're going to talk about that first but...
