continuing on for from our discussion in the previous video where we talked about print area i now would like to discuss setting your margins so if i go and actually take a quick look at my print preview here you can see its printing the entire spreadsheet all the columns on a portrait orientation for the piece of paper so lets just go ahead and change that im going to change my orientation to landscape im going to do that on the page layout tab using the orientation button now if i go back to p preview we can see that it is now landscaped and my print out is in the top left hand corner well we can make adjustments to this and we can make adjustments to this by centering the printout horizontally as well as vertically on the page now keep in mind if your information occupies the entire page all these settings arent going to really make much of a difference but because my spreadsheet only occupies a portion of the page well then it can become a kind of a useful feature the other o
