To start, simply select row 1 and type your first grid item. From there, select Add row to add and label as many topics as you need. You add columns in the same way just select add column and label each answer option individually.
Multiple choice questions are the default question type for Qualtrics, and the simplest to work with. Click + Add new question. List of question types will display. Type the question you wish to ask in the content editor. To edit each choice, click on the choice text and enter the options you wish to provide.
First, select the question. Then click the Add section button on the menu to the right. After youve added the section, click the three dots in the bottom right to add logic to the question by selecting Go to section based on answer. There are now dropdowns to the right of each answer option.
You can edit your form anytime, even after sharing it with your users to collect responses. To make edits, open your form in Google Forms and select an existing question or answer choice to edit or add a new question, section, image, video more.
Click the 3-dot menu and choose Uninstall to remove the add-on from your account. If you only wish to disable the addon for the current Google Form but keep it enable for other Google Forms in your account, uncheck the Use in this Document option.
Add branching logic to your form Go to the question for which you want to add branching. On the Branching options page, select the drop-down list next to the question you want to branch. In your form, click on the question you want to add a dropdown list to or add a new question by clicking the plus sign in the floating menu on the right. Click the box in the upper right corner of the question field. Then select Dropdown. Now you can add items for your dropdown list by clicking Add option.
You will find the option at the bottom of the question choices in the Rows settings panel. When you check the option, the input field will be enabled. By default, the placeholder text in the input will be Other, however, you can change this to anything you want.
Click a form field to edit it and add a question. Use the dropdown box next to the field to choose the field type, such as multiple choice, checkboxes, short answer, and so on. Google Forms offers several settings options. The floating toolbar on the right lets you add more form fields.
