You can edit non-services invoices unless they have been approved. You cannot edit service invoices or approved invoices. For invoices submitted by suppliers through SAP Business Network, you can only modify the unit price and quantity of line items.
You can change the invoice format in Tally by Pressing Ctrl+P and configuring the print settings. The print configuration allows users to show/hide fields, details, caption, description, print logo, etc.
If you have already issued the invoice but the customer has not paid, send a friendly email or make a polite phone call explaining the mistake, and then issue a new invoice. If the customer has already paid, make a correction adjustment on a future invoice, or issue another invoice or credit correcting the mistake.
Choose Setup Clients. Find the client whose default format you wish to change. Click the Edit. Use the Default invoice format and/or Default statement format drop-down menus to choose a format.
You can go to the transaction NACE and select the appropriate Type (I think V3 is for billing /Invoice) and click the button output types. It will open other screen where you can choose the output types and double click on the Processing routines.
How do I change the template on invoices Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
Click Edit. The Invoice Entry page appears. Edit the header information as needed. To edit the details for a line, click the Details link for the appropriate line and make the required changes.
In the Fiori launchpad, choose the Manage Invoices tile. Search for the invoice that you want to edit using the invoice ID and open the invoice. In the Invoice Details section, you can edit the invoice ID and invoice date.
