This video tutorial teaches how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. In the author view, within the con body element, a fig element is added containing a title element with the text "Ducklings Walking" and one or more image elements. The image is added using Oxygen's image wizard and can be a local file or a web reference. The image is automatically displayed in the author view. Switching to text view, the code behind the figure element includes the title and image elements.
