Select the text to be included in the Frame. Select Insert ▸ Frame ▸ Frame… and click OK. Or choose Insert ▸ Frame ▸ Frame… from the menu to create an empty frame. Choose Format ▸ Frame and Object ▸ Properties... from the menu. Select Format ▸ Frame and Object ▸ Properties… the Options tab.
