all right you guys so let me share with you two mistakes that my escrow officer told me that i did today so there was this one signing i did where when i was picking up docs i noticed that you know in the package of docs at the end there was a original death certificate so i figured since im meeting with the signers you know were going to sign these documents i suppose i should give them that death certificate thats including the package there was no note about the death certificate and at the end of the day i should have asked what i should i do with this death certificate but i figured since theyre including the death certificate with the sign with the docs that we need to sign i should give it back to the signer no thats wrong because in the docs there was a affidavit of death of trustee and if you see that with the original death certificate youre supposed to send those two documents to the county and i got a call today from the escrow officer saying wheres the death certifi
