you can translate the email text to a different language if you got an email which is in a language which you dont understand you can translate the email to the language you want say english but the language in which you got the email should be supported by outlook open the email you received this email is in german language click on translate if you have already set up a language to translate then you can click on translate if not setup click on translation preferences outlook opens the options screen for language under translation click on the drop down translate messages into and select the language as english it also has the option if you want always translate to this language or ask before translate select ask me before translating click on ok click on translate again this time click on translate message you can see the email is translated to english if you are sending an email say for example you want to send the email in spanish click on new email type the email text in english
