hi friends this is AK Valia and today were going to talk about how to edit your email templates in Gmail so if youve been using templates and you know I want to know how to edit them Ill quickly show you how to edit them so you might want to edit them you know to add a phone number or an email address uh or any other information that you feel might be valuable to the recipient and so for doing that lets say I have to reply uh to an email that Ive got right and then uh I just scroll down to see like the emails that Ive got and I see that there is a comment in that has come from YouTube and this is a subscriber who is asking a question um and I wanna and I get a lot of comments so Im going to use a template to save my time and to show the subscriber that Im working on the problem uh so I click on reply Im just gonna make myself a little smaller here uh I click on reply uh and then I click on templates and I use this template so its basically the template that tags a subscriber
