In this video, Taylor explains how to add and edit templates on Tenant Cloud. There are two types of templates: agreements and notices. Agreements include documents like owner agreements and storage agreements that require signatures, while notices are unsigned messages sent to tenants, such as late payment notices or noise disturbance notices. To manage templates, click the settings gear in the top right corner and select "Document Templates" from the left menu. To edit an existing template, click on it, choose the actions button, and select "Edit Template." After making changes, click "Update" to save. To add a new template, follow the appropriate steps.
