Asking our subscribers to participate in a survey or take a quiz is just another way to make them feel included in your journey as a business or an organization. The information that you collect from these initiatives is very valuable and will help you in your decision-making process. Let me show you how to do it. In the Dashboard, click on Campaigns and lets create a new campaign. Ill call mine Survey demo. Its going to be a regular campaign. Click next. And then here my subject line is going to be, Are you happy with our services? Scroll down and you can edit and modify this information if you need to and then click Next. Now, Im going to choose a survey template from the template gallery. In the drop-down menu, Ill pick survey and choose the customer satisfaction template. Now, were taken to the Drag and drop editor and we already have the Survey block ready to be modified. But in case youre starting from scratch, in the block menu, you can choose a Survey or a Quiz block. Re

Use the My Surveys page or new Homepage to organize and manage your surveys. Click to the right of any survey to access more options. Go to the Design Survey section of the survey to preview your survey design, edit questions, or edit the theme.
Here are the simple steps you need to follow to send your email surveys and collect valuable feedback from customers. Understand your Objective and Target Audience. Create a List of Survey Recipients. Choose the Email Survey Tool. Choose Recipients. Send Survey via Email. Schedule Survey.
To unsubscribe from Contribute emails: Log in to your SurveyMonkey Contribute account. Click My Account in the upper right corner. Click Update notification settings. Click Unsubscribe from email invites. Complete the form and click Submit.
To add an Email Address question: From the Builder, drag and drop the Email Address question type into your survey. Enter your question text. Enter a Label for the email. (Optional): Add a Placeholder for the email. Navigate to the Options tab and choose your options.
unfortunately, Outlook does not currently support embedding Forms surveys directly into email messages. Create your Forms survey and copy the link to the survey. Compose your Outlook email as usual.
To change your account email address if youre still using your username to log in: Log in and go to My Account. Go to the Login Details section. Click Edit next to the email address. Update your email address and confirm your current password. Click Change Email. Verify your email address.
Transferring moves the entire survey, including collectors and responses to a different account and removes it from your account. You can transfer one or more surveys from your account to another paid account, as long as both accounts store data in the same data center.
To edit your Survey Page: Click Marketing campaigns Surveys. (Optional) Use the Status filter to narrow your search. Click on the name of the active Survey Page. Click the three dots and select Edit from the drop-down. Click Edit. Once youre finished making edits, click Activate to make your updated survey live.
