to get started youre going to head over to a web browser and go to asceticrecord.com to get logged into the control center next youre going to click on the appointments tab at the very top and then were going to click on the gear icon in the top right thats connected to the calendar and then were going to select smart configuration from here were going to click on the communication tab and the very first communication here is the special actions um so you should see your clinic name here down below anything that you would put in this box would be if you have parking in the back of the building or if theres meter parking if youre located on floor two etc if theres no special instructions you can go ahead and leave this blank the next tab is this in person booking so any time that a patient is booking on your schedule they will automatically receive a booking confirmation in the form of an email and a text message you can add or edit anything here as needed but we have a templat
