In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to edit a sent email in Outlook using the Outlook 365 desktop application. The process is similar for older versions like Outlook 2019 or 2016. To edit a sent message, first, locate the email you want to modify. Then, navigate to the "Move" section, select "More Move Actions," and choose the "Recall This Message" option. The user is given two options: to delete unread copies of the message or to delete unreplied copies and replace them with a new message. The presenter selects the option to replace it, allowing for edits. After making the necessary changes, the user can send the revised email, which is then visible in the Sent Items folder.
