hey guys its Paul quick custom video today Paul has asked me if I am I helped button on my website how do I edit the quote template Enzo CRM we went falling aback and he was talking about adding a custom logo and then generally editing it right so firstly Ive just come to a quo this was a test quo and Im gonna go print preview and this is the template so online no logo and then a standard quo right so what Im gonna do is show you how to edit this quote and maybe have a different version where you go a quote with a different quote type you might want to show a non itemized quote where you just say you have in two of these items but you take away the the pricing Aksumite pricing and just show it so total some people dont want to show in individuals right so firstly out to add a logo the logo if its added will show up here right let me show you so youre gonna go to setup it eventually you need a company details but lets just look at the template its in inventory bizarrely in temp

To view template options, hover over the customized quote template, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select an option: Edit: edit the quote template. In the template editor, you can also edit the templates theme in the Settings tab. Clone: create a copy of the quote template.
Introduce yourself: If youre not familiar to the recipient, introduce yourself and your company. Provide a brief overview of the project: Explain what the project is and why you are offering a quote. Include details of the quote: Clearly outline the scope of work, the cost, and any terms and conditions.
From Setup, enter Templates in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Templates (Lightning Experience) or Templates under Quotes (Salesforce Classic). Click New, and then select a template, such as Standard Template , on which to base your new template. Give your new template a name, and then click Save.
You can manage previously created customized quote templates in the Your customized quote templates section. To view template options, hover over the customized quote template, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select an option: Edit: edit the quote template.
If you want to modify an existing quote template in Salesforce, follow these steps: Access the Quote Templates setup page as mentioned earlier. Select the template you want to modify from the list. Click on Edit to open the template editor.
Words can be added or changed to a quote by using brackets. Changes can be used to correct tense or to add necessary information. Brackets can also be used to make the pronouns in a quote consistent. However, brackets should not be used to change the meaning of the quote.

Select a Template. Creating winning quotes is a learning process. Add Client Information. Make sure you include who the quote is for. Enter the Quote Number. Include a Date of Issue. Enter Products or Services. Add Terms and Conditions. Include Notes. Add Optional Details.
