hello today Im going to demonstrate how you can edit received emails in Outlook now this might seem like a slightly odd thing to do but there are actually a lot of good reasons to learn about this feature and to use it one of my personal favorites is organization I get a lot of emails and if I can go into a received email and edit it I can make finding that email later on a lot easier first lets open up the message that we want to edit from there we need to make sure that we have the message tab selected and then move over here and click on actions from within this menu you can select the option to edit the email so lets make some changes first Im going to fix a spelling mistake that I noticed in the body of the email these types of tiny Corrections are also a helpful feature when it comes to editing received mail if youre like me and you want to have everything correct when you have to refer back to it in your email later Im also going to flesh a few things out although I know w

Once an email is scheduled, it cannot be edited, only deleted and replaced with a new scheduled email.
After an email has been sent from HubSpot, there isnt a way to update the content of the email, or the sender information. However, if youre using a HubSpot CTA in your email, changes to the CTA link will be applied in the email in real time.
View or change scheduled emails Select the email you want to change. At the top right of your email, click Cancel send. Create your changes. Click Schedule send and select a new date and time.
The truth is you cannot edit an email once it has been sent. Imagine your email as a letter put into a mailbox. Once the mail is picked up, you are unable to take back the letter.
Another way you can find the template you want to edit is in the navigation bar of your HubSpot portal. Click Marketing Files and templates Design Tools. Click search assets and type in the name of the template you would like to amend. After that, you will be able to edit the template.
Cancel a sent or scheduled email In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing Email. Locate the email youve sent, and click the name of the email to open the performance page. At the top of this page, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Cancel processing or Cancel scheduled email.
