hi this is owen at club mate i just wanted to go through how you can customize an email template for a booking when a customer makes a book in they receive an email confirmation and you can customize this email and include any additional information that youd like so if you go to the top right corner of the screen here and click on the settings tab and then scroll down and click on email templates the email template that wed need to adjust for the booking is under booking email so we should click edit here on the right hand side so these details are included automatically this will populate the customers first name surname along with the other details listed here automatically what you can include on top of this though is any other information such as a link to the rules so if youd like to include a hyperlink to the rules of your fishery you can do that by clicking the link tab at the top here then including the url by copying and pasting and then a text description if you then pre
