It is not possible to amend attendee names within the booking, however you can transfer any tickets in your account to another person.
How do I change my email address? Log into your account here. Choose My Profile from the menu on the left. Select Edit Contact Details and scroll to the Edit Email Address section.
With Ticket Transfer, you can transfer all or some of your tickets from one Ticketmaster account to another. Its easy, safe and completely free. When you transfer tickets to another fan and they accept them, the recipient is issued a new barcode that only they can use.
Does my ticket need to be changed into the name and date of birth (DOB) of the person attending? Yes, if a name is printed on the ticket, it can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. If the name on the ticket doesnt match the attendees photo ID they are at risk of being denied entry.
There is no way to change the name on a printed ticket, as the name on the ticket will not affect who is admitted to the event. As long as the person attending the event has the valid printed ticket in their possession there will be no problems with them using it to gain entry to the event.
My name is on my tickets, but someone else is going to the concert. Will that be a problem? That is not a problem (unless it has been mentioned explicitly for a specific event). The name of the person whose account was used to order the tickets is on every ticket that Ticketmaster.be issues.
You can use any email client, such as Microsoft Outlook to create a helpdesk ticket. Send your email to the email address of the helpdesk service. The subject of your email will be the subject of the ticket. The content of your email will be the summary of the issue.
