hello everyone and welcome to todays event my name is Rachel Klein and I will be your presenter here for the next 20 minutes today we are going to be uh talking about building a directory in the membership module so within the membership module there are several really great templates or starting points you can use for generating a church directory and then you can customize them which is which is really handy so you can really build that directory to include the specific information that youre needing to show lets go ahead and get started so there are several things that are very important for someone to show up on a directory so I want to point those two things out quickly here in membership Im going to go into people for someone to show up on a directory there is a specific box that has to be checked for you to tell the software that they need to appear okay that checkbox is right here I just went into people and this is the first record that open it says include on directory th

When you submit a change of address request to USPS, they update their records with your old and new addresses. From the specified start date, USPS begins rerouting mail addressed to your old address to your new address. This includes letters, packages, magazines, and other items sent through USPS.
Changing an address is not a member available function. Only your ward clerk, assistant ward clerk, membership clerk, and bishopric can change the address.
In most cases you can update your magazines and catalogs online. Visit the magazine or catalog website, and plug your customer number (found on the back or inside flap of a recent issue) into the online change-of-address form. Alternatively, you can call the publication and ask for an address change over the phone.
Scroll down to your household name and select/click it. If you want to edit your household contact privacy settings then click the edit link (pencil icon) and then click Privacy from the three menu items just below your household name. Scroll down to Email and select Private from the drop-down list of settings.
To change your email address using your Church Account, go to the account login page at account.churchofjesuschrist.org and log in. Scroll down the Profile menu to the Contact Settings section and click Email Address to edit your email address.
To change your address for Church magazines: Go to Click My Store Account at the top right.
