In this video, the Orders tab is explained, detailing its three sections. One section addresses orders with issues, where you can view customer names and their respective issues for resolution. The Pickup Orders section displays orders that need to be picked up—no courier dispatch is required. Restaurants must either accept or reject these orders, with their status changing accordingly. Once an order is picked up, it will disappear from the Pickup Orders tab. To check the status and details of an order, you can click to view information such as the store name, address, pickup date and time, as well as customer details like name and email.
