By system design, you cannot edit your submitted expense reports. To edit a submitted report, you first need to recall the report. If your company does not have the Recall option available, you need to contact your manager or the Expense Process and have them send the report back.
To identify and correct expense reports requiring resubmission: To open the report, on the home page, in the Quick Task Bar, click theOpen Reports task. Click the report tile to open the report. Make the requested changes. Submit the report again.
Select the Upcoming Trips tab. Click the Trip Name (it will appear as a hyperlink). Your travel itinerary will display. Click the Change link for the itinerary segment you need to change.
To edit an itinerary assigned to an expense report: Navigation: Open the report Details Available Itineraries Assigned Itineraries Edit.
