Hi its Matt, and welcome to Collaboration Coach. Todays video is a tour around the results dashboard of Microsoft Forms. When youve sent a questionnaire to your responders and youve got their answers back the dashboard is where you look at the results. So were going to look at how Forms presents these responses to you. This video is one of the lessons taken from a class in my online school and Ill put a link to that in the description. So lets take a look at Microsoft Forms now and I can find all the data under the responses tab here. That will show me a dashboard of how all the questions were answered. I can see a summary of how many responses there were and how long on average it took to complete. Each question has its own summary so for example, I can see question one which was the net promoter score type question, and it shows me the promoters, the passives and the detractors here. Thats all based on the number they chose between 1 and 10. It also has this dial image her

Post-training quizzes, one-to-one discussions, employee surveys, participant case studies, and official certification exams are some ways to measure training effectiveness. The more data you collect on measurable outcomes, the easier it will be to quantify your companys return on investment.
One of the most widely used ways to evaluate training is the Kirkpatrick Model. This approach, developed by Don Kirkpatrick in the 1950s, offers a four-level approach to evaluating any course or training programs.
Four main factors play a big role in the success of any training program: Clear Goals. An effective training program has specific and measurable objectives that match the overall goals of the organization. Interesting Content and Presentation. Relevance to Participants. Support and Evaluation After Training.
These 5 basic questionshow, why, who, when, and whatdont get as much attention as the more popular questions you include in your survey. But they should. Take a few minutes to answer these 5 questions before you start writing your survey. Your results will thank you for it.
11 Training Survey Questions You Should Be Asking Did the training meet your expectations? Was your trainer supportive and engaging? Was the included material engaging? Was the training platform easy to use and understand? Was the training material relevant to your role and/or position?
What Is an Employee Post-Training Survey? A post-training survey provides feedback from trainees that have recently participated in your employee training program, helping to determine areas of improvement and loopholes in your training courses. It also helps organizations measure their training programs efficiency.
Use surveys, questionnaires or talk to learners before and after the course to collect their feedback on the learning experience. Topics to cover during your discussion: Was the course content relevant and easy to follow? Ask questions about the learnings and key takeaways.
What are some of the best methods to collect feedback from employees after a training session? Use online tools. Conduct interviews. Observe performance. Use gamification. Be the first to add your personal experience. Use social media. Be the first to add your personal experience. Heres what else to consider.
