hi everyone we have an exciting new update for job tracker job tracker can now receive updates and changes from the original measure square estimation file it was created from what does this mean this means when a change order comes in and the original estimation needs to be changed job tracker will recognize those changes and notify the job tracker users of those specific product changes lets take a look at how this works when a change order comes across our disk as you can see here we have a change order stating that the carpet tile needs to be changed to vinyl plank in a specific location lets open the measure square file so the estimator can make those changes well locate the area stated and quickly drag and drop the vinyl plank into the area communicated in the change order now the estimator can finish up by saving and syncing to the cloud so the project manager can take over now well select the project and job tracker select the plans and then the specific floor plan we need
